We are excited to unveil our new resident portal to you! All you have to do is click “Sign Up”, put in your email and select your unit. Within minutes you will be able to:

• Pay Rent Online

• See your balance

• Place work orders or general inquiries

• Read announcements

This software is both desktop and mobile friendly, so be sure to download the Buildium app on directly on your phone! Unfortunately this also means that the credit processing company has also changed, and any credit card payments will have a 2.95% fee that goes directly to the credit card company. ACH transfers will have a $1.00 fee. We understand the inconvenience, and you may still come in to the office in person to pay and avoid any fees.

Online payments will process quickly and should be visible within the same day. For in-person payments at the office please allow for 2-3 days processing time before it is reflected on your online ledger. Thank you!
